Floor slabs are now widely used in building and industrial construction projects such as floors, roofs, and bridge decks. So what are the common specifications for floor slabs?
The floor support plate is made of cold-rolled steel plate (steel coil), and the commonly used specification for steel plate thickness is 0.75 mm、0.8mm、0.90mm、1.0mm、1.20mm、1.50mm, When the thickness of the steel plate is greater than 1.2mm, it is difficult to form, mainly because the bolts cannot weld through the pressed steel plate and the steel beam reliably. Therefore, the thickness of the floor slab should not exceed 1.5mm. When used as a composite floor slab, the steel plate thickness is required to be ≥ 0.75mm.
After more than 30 years of development, there are many specifications of floor slabs in the market, but the commonly used unfolded widths are no more than the following: standard unfolded width 1190mm, standard unfolded width 1250mm, standard unfolded width 1000mm, standard unfolded width 750mm, standard unfolded width 1000mm, standard unfolded width 1085mm, and standard unfolded width 1250mm.
